Privacy & ordering.

Your build request

This website accepts requests for a vehicle monitor configuration. Submitting a request does not create a paid order, reserve stock or confirm compatibility. RIFT must confirm the final specification, price, lead time, installation requirements and purchase terms before payment or production.

Information you provide

We save the contact details, vehicle information, configuration and notes you submit so RIFT / DJC Solutions can review and respond to your request. Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available to the authorized site owner. Please do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information.

Your configuration

The configurator saves your design choices in this browser’s local storage so you can return to them. Resetting the configurator replaces those choices with the defaults. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes them. Contact details are not stored by the configurator in local storage.

Previews and specifications

Truck interior and Canadian landscape photographs are sourced photographs; see image credits. The RIFT interfaces shown alongside them are interactive website demonstrations. Display values are illustrative sample data. Available vehicle data, sensors, interfaces, mounting, startup features and final hardware depend on the reviewed build. No site preview constitutes a guarantee of vehicle compatibility.

Design studio & customer garage

When signed in, your saved design briefs, assistant conversations, uploaded artwork and generated concepts are stored with your account. Submitted projects may be accessed by the submitting account or a signed-in account with the project’s contact email. RIFT can review your briefs and files to prepare your build. Project messages are stored in the customer garage; email notifications are not enabled.

When AI is activated and you request advice or a concept, the design prompt and recent studio conversation are sent to OpenAI to fulfil that request. Avoid including personal or confidential information in design prompts. Generated images are concept references and require design review. Upload only artwork you own or have permission to use.

Quotes & payments

Only owner-published quotes appear in your garage. Approving a quote records your acceptance; it does not charge a card or verify payment. Payment links open the owner-selected provider, which applies its own privacy policy and checkout terms.

Access and privacy requests

The owner studio uses ChatGPT sign-in and an owner allowlist. To ask about or correct information in an existing request, submit a follow-up through the build-request form using the same email address and include your reference. Request deletion in the notes if desired. Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to operate and secure the site.
